These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 465db ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 465db website located at https://465db.io, including all related services, features, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and payment facilities made available through the Platform.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or promotional offer on 465db, you are confirming that you:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 465db currently accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, and direct bank transfer from supported Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other institutions listed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on the selected payment method and the account's current verification status. 4.3 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's 465db wallet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in the player's account balance. 465db does not charge a transaction fee on deposits, though the player's payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.4 Own Funds Only. Players may only deposit funds that they personally own and that are not derived from any illegal source. Deposits made on behalf of another person, or funded from a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder, are prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension.

4.5 Failed Deposits. In the event that a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by the payment processor, 465db will not credit the disputed amount to the player's account. 5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by account holders who have completed the applicable level of KYC identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. 6.5 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. 465db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. 7.1 Sports Betting. 7.2 Casino Games. The following activities are strictly prohibited on 465db. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following will have their account immediately suspended and all balances held pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform under the same or different identity details;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the casino lobby, or exploit the Platform in any way;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the 465db cashier or any associated payment method;

11.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 465db shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

12.1 Privacy Policy. 14.1 Applicable Law. 14.2 Dispute Resolution.
